Lifeline Australia is seeking an In-Shift Support – Digital – Remote supervisor to monitor and coordinate the Digital Service crisis supporters across shifts. You will ensure real-time guidance, debrief after challenging interactions, and compliance with mandatory reporting while leveraging instant messaging to support on-duty CS staff.

The role requires 24/7 rostering, robust crisis support experience, and proficiency with MS Teams and the Microsoft Office suite.
