UGL Regional Linx is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to respond to customer enquiries, triage requests and manage CRM records. You will work within the Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Team in regional NSW, addressing issues and supporting community liaison.

Robust communication, call centre experience, and basic data skills with Excel/Power BI are valued. This is a full-time on-site role based in NSW, Australia.
