Norco, Australia’s oldest dairy co-operative, is hiring a Production Employee for our Labrador factory on the Gold Coast. This full time, 12-hour rotating roster role involves operating plastic blow moulding and packaging equipment, performing quality checks and maintaining hygiene in a high-volume environment.

We value candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience who are reliable, safety-minded and ready for a long-term career in Australian food manufacturing.
