RSL LifeCare Narrabeen is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to provide clinical leadership for our 75‑resident aged care home. You will oversee care planning, supervise nursing and care teams, and uphold the clinical governance framework.

You will lead quality improvement initiatives, embed person‑centred care, and build strong relationships with residents, families and local health partners. Relocation support available; full‑time role with competitive advantages.
