Parramatta Leagues Club is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead daily operations across gaming, bar and customer service areas. You will coach staff, coordinate shifts, ensure compliance with liquor and gaming regulations, and maintain a protected, welcoming venue.

The role requires 3+ years in a licensed club, strong leadership and communication, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to delivering exceptional member experiences.
