The standard operating hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Please note that extended hours may be required approximately every six weeks to accommodate incoming shipments.

Your Prospect

As a Terminal Operator at our Kooragang site, you will:

- Operate plant equipment to obtain maximum throughput and achieve quality targets
- Supervise contract maintenance providers.
- Perform preventive maintenance routines and minor maintenance activities
- Ship monitoring activities
- Undertake daily stock control of receivable cement products and dispatch products and materials to meet leading deadlines
- Perform basic root cause analysis of equipment failure
- Perform basic troubleshooting across the site.
- Basic housekeeping duties

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in terminal operations
- Experience in bulk loading and unloading (desirable)
- Trade qualification in either electrical or mechanical field highly regarded




- Forklift Licence (desirable but not compulsory)
- First aid certificate (desirable)
- Basic computer skills, ideally SAP, Microsoft Excel, TIS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
