The Y Australia in Victoria is seeking an organised HR qualified to coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee administration, while upholding child safety standards and supportive environments for children, young people and staff.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will maintain records, support compliance, produce HR reports and provide frontline HR guidance across multiple service sites, contributing to ongoing process improvement and positive stakeholder relations.
