SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Customer Success Specialist to support Latin America from Redmond, WA. The role centers on activating orders, setting up accounts, invoicing, and coordinating shipments across the region.

Fluency in Spanish and English and experience with regional invoicing are highly valued. The successful candidate will own activation and billing milestones, resolve documentation issues, and help improve order processes while coordinating with internal teams and local partners
