Key responsibilities

- Accounts payable
- Bank reconciliations
- Banking
- Payroll
- Regulatory compliance and reporting
- Maintaining controlled monies and trust account
- Liaising with trust auditors

About you

- Experience in law firm accounts or professional services highly regarded
- Understanding of trust accounting
- Knowledge of Affinity legal software is preferred
- Reliable, excellent communication, team player and solution focused
- High level of organisation and prioritisation
- Initiative, proactive and willingness to learn
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting desirable
