Downer is seeking an experienced Asphalt Supervisor to lead and coordinate crews, plant, and subcontractors across asphalt projects and maintenance. Reporting to the Surfacing Manager, you will drive secure, efficient delivery and maintain high quality outcomes.

You will mentor team members, manage client requirements, and oversee budgeting, materials and logistics, fostering a Zero Harm culture on site.
