Are you an experienced Property Manager who's excellent with people but tired of being buried in admin? At Createvic Real Estate, you'll take full ownership of an approximate 160–180 property portfolio — based in Sunshine — with a powerhouse of dedicated support behind you, so you can focus on what you do best: building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.

This is not a work-from-home role. You'll be present in the office and attending properties for inspections as part of the role.

What You'll Be Doing

- End to end property management with a separate leasing & accounts team
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with landlords and tenants across your portfolio
- Conducting property inspections and DCAT assessments with confidenceRepresenting matters at VCAT when requiredManaging your portfolio end-to-end, supported by a dedicated, experienced VACollaborating with a separate leasing manager and accounts team so your focus stays on people and properties

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 2 years of proven residential property management experience
- Confidence with VCAT, and routine property inspections
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- A qualified,



team-oriented approach and genuine intention to grow with the business
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent's Licence
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle
