OUR FACILITIES
We employ over 420 staff across our growing national operations. Our main manufacturing and operations base is at Yatala in Queensland (between the Gold Coast and Brisbane), only a 10-minute drive north of Dreamworld on the M1 Motorway.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Team Members to support the manufacture of Triple M products. We are particularly interested in candidates with skills or experience in raw material processing and machine operating. Success in the role relies heavily on strict observance of company policies and procedures, particularly with regard to Quality, Efficiency, Safety and Service, plus a keen ability to follow all directions provided by company Leaders.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Raw material processing, including:

- Cutting, drilling, bending, grinding and finishing of parts and components
- Loading and unloading material in line with production schedules

Machine operating, including:

- CNC, Brake Presses, Turret/Shears,



Guillotines and Mandrel Bending
- Electroplating / line operation: operating and maintaining electroplating and zinc plating equipment, loading and unloading flight bars, and monitoring the plating process to ensure quality standards are met
- Performing routine quality checks, identifying parts and verifying measurements in accordance with our work procedures
- Following specific work instructions and reviewing production schedules using basic computer systems
- Routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and work areas

Previous factory, manufacturing or machine operating experience is highly regarded.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)

- Day shift: 5:45am – 3:15pm
- Night shift: 3:45pm – 1:15am

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL HAVE

- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential)
- Availability to work Monday to Friday on one of the shifts above
- Excellent reliability, punctuality and attendance
- A keen eye for detail and pride in workmanship
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work positively in a team
- A great attitude to work and a willingness to support fellow team members
- A current resume with two recent work referees
