Key responsibilities will include:

- Studying and interpreting relevant legislation and awards, ensuring compliance with all relevant employee legislative requirements
- Managing & process payroll
- Processing termination payments accurately
- Processing relevant taxation and superannuation payments
- Consolidation and development of processes and procedures

To succeed in this exciting senior position you will demonstrate an ability to build robust working relationships with key stakeholders with a relentless focus on customer service and thirst for knowledge and development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential.
