Commercial and Contract Management Business Partner

The role of CCM in engagements (Post-Sales) is to be an active member of the Account Team helping the Account Executive and the Delivery Executive to achieve and, where possible improve on, the revenue, contribution and growth expected from the engagement over the duration of the contract.

CCM drives compliance to the contract including by ensuring obligations are met, monitoring and ensuring compliance (e.g. with policies, regulations, DP, Security frameworks, etc.), ensuring risk mitigation actions are implemented and tracked whether from the bid (e.g. risk log, GRB, LCF, etc.) or as identified during the engagement.

CCM carries out contract changes in accordance with the criteria set out herein.
