My client is looking for a commercially driven and digitally savvy Senior eCommerce & Digital Lead to drive the online growth and digital evolution of their global accessories business.

Key Responsibilities

- eCommerce Trading & Performance: Lead day‑to‑day website trading and performance across global markets, driving revenue, conversion, average order value, and online profitability.
- Digital Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute the digital and eCommerce strategy, identifying opportunities to expand reach, improve performance, and accelerate growth.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing activity across key channels, including paid media, SEO, email, CRM, and organic digital touchpoints, to drive traffic, acquisition, and retention.
- Customer Experience & Conversion: Own the end‑to‑end online customer journey, using data, customer insights, and testing to improve usability,



engagemen,t and conversion.
- Brand & Content: Ensure the website consistently reflects the brand's identity, positioning, and product storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
- Analytics & Insights: Monitor key performance metrics, translate data into actionable insights, and deliver regular reporting and recommendations to inform commercial decisions.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns, product launches, trading initiatives, and digital projects on time and to a high standard.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities across technology, platforms, processes, and digital innovation to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

About You

- Proven experience in eCommerce and digital management within a consumer, retail, fashion, lifestyle, or accessories business.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving online revenue, conversion, and profitability.
- Experience managing digital marketing channels and delivering integrated customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- A data‑driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into meaningful action.
- A strong understanding of online merchandising, customer experience, CRO, and the end‑to‑end eCommerce journey.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach, comfortable balancing strategic priorities with day‑to‑day execution in a lean and agile environment.
