St Vincent's Care Maroochydore is seeking a RostER Coordinator to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. You will coordinate workforce rosters and staffing allocations to support resident care requirements, occupancy targets, and operational needs within a up-to-date 130-bed aged care setting.

Located on the Sunshine Coast, you will play a key role in maintaining service delivery, coordinating leave, and ensuring staff are scheduled to meet resident needs.
