Vine Hotels and Resorts is a multi-faceted operation with Apartment Complexes and Rentals Divisions. This role offers an excellent opportunityto work cohesively with all divisions to aid in growing this quickly developing brand.

This role based in Noosaville offers a great opportunity for a front office supervisor or manager looking to continue their career growth. Leading the front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service standards, smooth front desk operation, managing maintenance operations, assisting with owner relationships and supporting the resort in manger.

To be successful for these roles you will:

Have a passion for providing excellent guest service

Be "hands on" managers

Be able to work a rotational roster including weekends for Front of House.

Have excellent communication skills

Have superb time management skills





Have had experience at a minimum of front office supervisor or front office manager level for at least 12 months

Have a positive can do attitude and willingness to take on any task

Hold a current real estate certificate/RLA or be willing to obtain one.

Create and build robust relationships with key stakeholders, property owners and guests

Past experience working with body corporates in an MLR setting is desirable

Display confidence in your ability to cultivate strong relationships, effectively address challenging situations, and implement solutions that enhance service quality

Given the wide-ranging nature of these responsibilities, proven practical experience front desk operations will be an essential prerequisite.Some on call duties may be required from time to time.
