Essential Selection Criteria:

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Comprehensive clinical knowledge, particularly to age-related health issues
- Understanding of duty of care in a community setting
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, family, staff, and other health professionals
- Current Driver's licence
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and show leadership
