Merthyr Bowls club is looking for a Full Time Chef

We are a busy bistro style establishment. Open from Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and Dinner service.

Must Have -

- Experience in restaurant/pub or club environment
- Strong understanding of food standards, food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work in a team and take orders from senior chefs
- Ability to work in ala cate sections and in Functions and Events




- Adhering to preparation and presentation guidelines
- Team player and positive attitude
- Flexible and Reliable
