Nautitech Mining Systems – Castle Hill NSW

Assist with the timely and cost-effective purchase of components, materials, equipment and services to support Nautitech's production and business operations. Ensure purchases meet approved specifications, quality requirements and delivery schedules while maintaining accurate records and reliable supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

Assist with purchase requests, material requirements and stock availability with Production, Engineering and Warehouse teams.

Assist with supplier quotations, considering price, quality, lead times, freight and payment terms.

Raise accurate purchase orders in M1, obtain the required approvals and confirm supplier acceptance and delivery dates.

Monitor outstanding orders, follow up overdue deliveries and communicate shortages or supply risks early.

Coordinate ordering against production schedules and approved stock levels to reduce shortages, excess stock and urgent freight.

Confirm part numbers, specifications, quantities and revision requirements before ordering; refer technical substitutions to Engineering for approval.

Work with Warehouse and Quality teams to resolve short deliveries, incorrect or damaged goods,



returns and supplier credits.

Maintain accurate supplier details, pricing, lead times and purchase order records in M1.

Assist Accounts with purchase order, goods receipt and invoice discrepancies so payments can be processed accurately.

Identify practical improvements to purchasing processes, stock availability and supplier performance.

About you

Some experience in purchasing, procurement or supply coordination, preferably in manufacturing, electronics or a technical environment.

Solid attention to detail when checking part numbers, quantities, pricing and delivery requirements.

Ability to prioritise competing requirements, follow through on orders and escalat issues promptly.

Experience using an ERP or purchasing system and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work collaboratively with production, engineering, warehouse and finance teams.

Experience using M1 ERP and working with material requirements planning or bills of materials (desirable).

Familiarity with electronic components, technical drawings, overseas suppliers or freight coordination (desirable).
