Therapy Focus Ltd. is seeking a Key Worker to deliver therapy to NDIS participants (0-8) across homes, schools and community settings. You will work closely with families to understand goals, collaborate with clinicians, and support planning and execution of intervention plans.

You will be responsible for documenting sessions, maintaining records, and contributing to a supportive, interdisciplinary team workplace with supervision and mentoring available.
