Cater Care is seeking an experienced Sushi Artisan to join our Sushi Sushi team at Newcastle Airport, NSW. This permanent full time role offers 38 hours per week with an immediate start for someone who understands sushi and sashimi and is committed to delivering an excellent food experience.
Responsibilities include preparing fresh sushi and sashimi to a high standard, bulk food prep with consistent quality, and delivering friendly service while upholding strict food safety and kitchen hygiene
