Gateway Health in Wangaratta leads a 24-hour Therapeutic Community (WTC) with a focus on alcohol and other drugs. This key leadership role provides clinical leadership and SME to guide residents’ treatment journeys within a Therapeutic Community model.

The role requires tertiary qualifications, AOD expertise, and proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team. It offers a full-time schedule in a energetic, supportive environment designed to promote reflective practice and continuous improvement.
