The role requires handling high dish volumes, operating commercial dishwashers, and maintaining cleanliness across the kitchen during rotating shifts (6.30am–2.30pm and 2pm–10pm) at Sydney International Airport (T1).
Experience in a quick-paced commercial kitchen is essential. You will work in a premium lounge, support a busy service, and ensure food safety and hygiene
