Pepe's Ducks in Mulgrave, NSW, is seeking a Hatchery Assistant to support our breeding program. The role involves early starts (often 4:45am) with weekend work and physical tasks such as lifting and handling eggs, ducklings, and poultry.

You will work with live poultry, operate up-to-date equipment, and assist with incubation and hatching processes. Full Australian work rights are required; prior poultry processing experience is valued.
