$39+ per hour

Are you a compassionate, reliable support worker ready to make a real difference? Join our team supporting clients across Brisbane South, including those living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and complex care needs.

What you'll do:

- Deliver in-home and community support, Morning and Evening Shifts
- Assist clients with complex care needs, including PEG care
- Help clients maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life
- Adapt to each client's needs with empathy, professionalism, and initiative

What you bring:

- Certificate III in Disability / Individual Support (or equivalent)
- 12+ months experience supporting clients with diverse and complex care needs
- Manual handling experience
- Experience with PEG and Stoma care
- Current First Aid & CPR, Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening
- Valid drivers licence & car insurance
