In this role, you will manage incoming sales enquiries relating to technical lighting and LED handrail solutions. You will work with customers to understand their requirements, coordinate the necessary technical information, and prepare accurate, professional quotations.

Key responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales enquiries.

Discuss customer requirements and provide information on technical lighting and LED handrail solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to gather product details, pricing, and technical specifications.

Prepare and issue transparent, accurate quotations.

Track and manage outstanding quotes through to completion.

Follow up with customers, answer questions, and identify opportunities to convert quotes into orders.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations,



and follow-up activity.

About you

Confident communicating with customers.

Highly organized.

Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and quotations at the same time.

Experience in sales, technical products, lighting, LED systems, construction, or a related industry would be an advantage.

Strong willingness to learn and should be based on the Central Coast of NSW
