Senior Analyst - Operational Resilience, Securities & Payments Operations

What you will be doing:

- Lead resilience reporting, dashboards and metrics to demonstrate compliance and operational strength.
- Support the delivery of strategic resilience initiatives and uplift programs aligned with business operations and resilience goals.
- Monitor market and operational trends to identify emerging risks and provide actionable insights to management on resilience priorities.




- Contribute to data governance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational insight on risks and controls.
- Support incident management rehearsals, contingency reviews and cross team reporting

What you will bring:

- Must have: Previous experience in financial operations, process improvement, or business analytics.
- Strong data handling and visualisation skills (Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar).
- Demonstrate ability to work independently, show initiative and take ownership of outcomes
- Highly developed analytical, investigative and problem-solving abilities.
- A go-getter mindset – curious, proactive and resourceful in solving problems.
- Naturally analytical with a passion for exploring how things work and improving them.
- Robust communicator who is able to translate operational data into actionable insights.

Nice to have:

- Understanding of clearing, settlement, or market operations (ASX, Austraclear, CHESS, or equivalent).
- Exposure to operational resilience, risk, or regulatory environments advantageous.
