SB Recruitment is seeking an Account Manager for a temporary assignment in Sydney CBD within a Commercial Asset Finance context. You will manage a portfolio of consumer mortgage accounts up to 80 days in arrears, engaging customers to recover arrears with empathy and professionalism.

You will negotiate tailored repayment arrangements, monitor plans, and coordinate with Customer Service, Credit, and Legal to reach timely resolutions while hitting KPIs in a team-oriented team setting.
