Skippering and Deckhand duties along the Port Macquarie coastline. You'll supervise and work with the Deckhand on board, communicate and complete reporting on iPad and phone apps, keep the boat and equipment clean, safe and ready for the next day, and help out wherever needed to keep the operation running smoothly. Available from Sunrise to sunset (the length of the day depends on weather and sea conditions)

About you

Experienced and confident Skipper,



crossing bars and open water - experience is essential

Takes safety seriously and considers other waterway users

Reliable, punctual and happy to do early starts

Works well in a small team

Physically fit and happy getting your hands dirty

Can confidently use an iPad and basic technology

Calm, practical and able to think on your feet

Takes pride in looking after the boat and equipment

Coxswain ticket (minimum)

Driver's Licence

First Aid and CPR qualification

Positive knowledge of boating safety and navigation

Good knowledge of Port Macquarie Bar and coastline
