About the Role

Oakbridge Home Services is a growing, locally operated business seeking reliable, compassionate and motivated cleaners to join our small, friendly team in Gympie.

We provide cleaning and domestic assistance services to NDIS participants, DVA clients, Aged Care clients and private households across Gympie and surrounding areas.

We are looking for people who take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail and understand the importance of providing respectful, reliable and person-centred services.

Key Responsibilities

- General residential cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors and living areas.

- Domestic assistance for NDIS, DVA and aged care clients.

- Regular weekly, fortnightly and monthly cleaning services.

- Deep cleaning, spring cleaning and bond cleaning.

- Respecting client privacy, independence and individual preferences.





- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service.

What We're Looking For

- Previous cleaning or domestic assistance experience preferred but not essential.

- Reliable, punctual, trustworthy and compassionate.

- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

- Ability to work independently and professionally in clients' homes.

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.

- Willingness to obtain relevant worker screening checks, including NDIS Worker Screening and Blue Card where required.

- Lived experience supporting people with disability, older Australians or veterans is highly valued.
