Role Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Understand complex technical requirements and match their sealing solutions to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions.




- Drive revenue growth by expanding the company's presence in existing and emerging markets.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to position them as the partner of choice.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in B2B technical sales, ideally within industrial equipment, engineering, or related sectors.
- A hunter mentality—you thrive on seeking out new opportunities and closing deals.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Technical aptitude—comfortable discussing engineering specifications and understanding customer challenges.
- A track record of building long-term client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, business, or a related field are highly regarded, but not essential if you have solid industry experience.
