Forensicare is recruiting a CST Coordinator based at Thomas Embling Hospital in Melbourne. The role leads the Clinical Support Team to deliver responsive clinical support, engagement, early intervention and incident response across a 24/7 operation.
The Coordinator drives evidence-informed, trauma-informed, least restrictive care while partnering with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to maintain a safe therapeutic setting and support treating teams in preventing violence and aggression.
