A lifestyle hotel located in Glebe, Sydney's Inner West, is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the role of Part-Time Guest Services Agent within the Front Office Department. The ideal candidates must have excellent customer service skills, pride themselves on immaculate presentation and thrive in a friendly, motivated team workplace.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the check in and check out of hotel guests, maintaining guest accounts, taking reservations when required, assisting with all guest inquiries and directing internal and external phone calls.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all guests feel welcome and comfortable whenever they have contact with the Front Office Department. Creating a professional impression as an ambassador for the hotel at all times will be of utmost importance.

The successful candidate will have:

- Possess sound knowledge of Front Office Operations.




- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm
- A willingness to use initiative and solve problems
- Be reliable and loyal
- Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
- The flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends or public holidays
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous
