Wynnum Manly Leagues Club Group, home to Wynnum Manly Leagues Club and Fielders Club, is looking for an experienced, hands-on Duty Manager who enjoys bringing out the best in people and delivering memorable hospitality.

With renovations underway and expansion ahead, this is an exciting time to join us.

You'll help shape the day-to-day experience for our team, members and guests as our clubs grow.

Your role

You'll lead from the floor, support your team through busy services and keep venue operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and supporting staff to deliver welcoming, consistent service.




- Managing daily operations across our licensed hospitality and gaming areas.
- Responding to member and guest enquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Overseeing cash handling, banking and reconciliations.
- Managing shift coverage, rosters and timesheets.
- Maintaining safety, responsible service and compliance standards.
- Working with the management team to improve operations and support our growth.

What you'll bring

You're approachable, dependable and confident making decisions. You can manage a busy shift while treating people fairly and keeping service standards high.

You'll also need:

- At least two years' experience in a similar hospitality leadership role.
- Strong people leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cash reconciliation and licensed venue operations.
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Manager licence, First Aid and CPR qualifications.
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays. Our four-day rotating roster includes regularly scheduled weekends off.
