We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Manager to lead our welcoming 56-bed aged care home in Claremont Tasmania that has recently passed registration under the new strengthened aged care standards. This is an opportunity for a values-driven leader who wants more than just an operational role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting older people with dignity, respect and exceptional care.

About the Role

You will provide overall leadership of the residence, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, operational performance and a positive resident experience.

You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team while fostering a culture of compassion, accountability and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration

Aged care leadership or management experience

Strong knowledge of aged care standards and compliance requirements

Proven people leadership and team development skills





Financial and operational management capability

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A genuine passion for caring for older people and making a positive difference
