Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network is seeking a Patient Navigator – Renal to support patients navigating their kidney health journey. You will use lived experience to assist with service navigation, mentoring and advocacy in a collaborative, culturally responsive care workplace.

The role focuses on non-clinical support for renal patients on transplantation pathways, with emphasis on communication, teamwork and patient-centred care.
