ALPA is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to deliver culturally secure, strengths‑based mentoring to First Nations participants involved in the justice system. You will work in correctional settings and community, coordinating services and building pathways to employment, education and training.
You will develop Individual Action Plans, maintain records, and support reintegration with safety and cultural integrity.
