About the role

This is a senior trade position for an experienced HVAC technician who's ready to take the next step. You'll lead a small team of technicians across commercial sites throughout Greater Sydney, acting as the key link between your crew, our clients, and management. This isn't just a title change — there is a explicit pathway from Team Leader through to Service Supervisor and ultimately Service Manager, backed by structured mentoring and funded Frontline Management training.

Key responsibilities

Leading and mentoring a team of HVAC technicians day-to-day





Building and maintaining strong client relationships on-site

Overseeing installations, servicing, maintenance, and commissioning

Assisting with toolbox talks and pre-start safety briefings

About you

Valid NSW Driver Licence (Class C)

Proven experience in commercial HVAC — split systems, ducted, VRV/VRF, chillers

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example

Competitive Package — negotiable based on experience
