Inner Circle Group Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a full-time Appointment Setter to join our high-performing on-site team in Southbank. You will work warm, inbound leads by phone, email and messaging, making 150+ calls daily to book quality consultations with our senior Property Strategists.

Base salary is 70k–90k plus commission and weekly bonuses, with an OTE of 170k–190k. You’ll be supported by daily huddles, coaching and a explicit pathway to promotion as the business grows.
