The role focuses on tailored guidance, workplace adjustments and secure, sustainable return-to-work plans, in collaboration with leaders, healthcare partners and specialist teams.

You will identify wellbeing trends, support prevention strategies and contribute to a healthy, inclusive workplace while handling sensitive cases with discretion.
