About the Role

Findon Swim School Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Swim Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our aquatic facility. This is a full time leadership role responsible for ensuring high standards of safety, customer service, staff performance, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the swim centre, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Manage, supervise, and roster staff including swim teachers, lifeguards, and reception personnel
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and aquatic industry regulations
- Monitor pool plant operations, water quality, and maintenance schedules
- Develop and implement swim programs and community engagement initiatives
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control




- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Drive membership growth and promote centre services
- Ensure workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance across all operations

Skills and Experience

- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar management role within an aquatic, leisure, or recreation facility
- Relevant qualification in Sport & Recreation Management, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and operational management
- Sound knowledge of pool plant operations and aquatic safety standards
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard certification (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
