Who are we?

Grassports construct, maintain, and resurface sporting fields and courts across Victoria. Grassports deliver a specialized range of synthetic and acrylic sports surfaces on projects including private tennis courts, multi-sport play areas in schools, hockey fields, and international FIFA certified soccer complexes.

Our job is more than just the finished surfaces. With over 60 years industry experience in Australia, we understand the importance of ensuring quality in the complete construction process, from preparation of base works,



through to ensuring appropriate sub-surfaces and then finishing the final surface. We also provide full project management, expert design, and construction cost estimation.

A typical day for you

- Installation of synthetic grass
- Installation of sports equipment (basket-ball towers, tennis nets etc.)
- Base preparation and minor earthworks
- General landscaping and laboring

For us to consider you for the role, you must have the following:

- Your own transport and be able to travel (company car may be provided in time depending on progression)
- White Card (OH&S; induction card)
- Must have or be able to get an Employer Working with Children Card
- Be highly motivated with positive attitude towards all tasks
- Be honest, reliable, and consistent
- Be a team player
- An eagerness to learn and develop your skills
- Enjoy working in a high-performance environment
- Basic computer skills
