Y Ballarat is seeking a Full-Time Early Years Area Director to lead and support services across the Maryborough region. You will guide teams, build strong relationships with families, and ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery. A cooperative leader with a focus on people and outcomes is invited to apply.

Experience in managing multiple sites is preferred. Diploma in ECE or current teaching qualification with VIT, plus checks and certifications, are required for the role.
