Qualitas is seeking an Associate to support the execution and management of equity, subordinated credit, and opportunistic investments within its Real Estate Private Equity & Structured Finance team in Sydney or Melbourne. The role reports to the Director and focuses on building and testing financial models, preparing investment papers, and helping manage a diverse portfolio of transactions.

With 3–5 years’ relevant experience, you will contribute across deal analysis, structuring and portfolio
