The HR Coordinator - Recruitment role is responsible for coordinating and delivering end to end recruitment activities across the business while providing efficient HR administration support. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Coordination

- Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition approval to offer acceptance.
- Create, publish, and oversee job advertisements on appropriate platforms.
- Review applications, conduct initial candidate interviews, and develop shortlist recommendations.
- Organise interviews, assessments, and communications with stakeholders, ensuring professionalism and punctuality.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment checks in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Keep detailed recruitment records and track candidate outcomes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide transparent recruitment updates and guidance throughout the hiring process

Onboarding and Induction Support

- Facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
- Prepare employment documents and assist with system setup before the start date.
- Coordinate with managers and internal teams to deliver a positive experience for new hires.
