The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Clinical Coach for Ward 2A General Medicine at the Royal Hobart Hospital. The role focuses on ward-based clinical teaching, supporting nurses, and promoting a culture of learning within a collaborative team setting.

You will work with the Nurse Unit Manager to develop clinical education, leadership and quality initiatives, aiming to improve patient outcomes and staff development across the Tasmanian health system.
