Olympus is seeking an experienced Dir., Country Head of HR ANZ & Regional HRBP APAC to lead the HR function across Australia and Current Zealand and drive enterprise-wide people initiatives.

You will report to the Regional Head of HR, APAC, act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executive committees, shape workforce strategy, and partner with regional stakeholders to deliver transformation and performance outcomes.
