Join Mind Australia in Cairns as a Community Mental Health Practitioner to support adults on forensic orders transitioning to independent living. Contribute to recovery goals, daily living skills, and social connections in a 12-month program with 24/7 support in a home-like setting.

You will work with families and carers, engage in recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care, and participate in cooperative community services, with a flexible 24/7 roster including nights and sleepovers.
