Opteon is seeking a senior software engineer to lead Australia/NZ platform initiatives from Geelong or Melbourne with adaptable arrangements. You will own outcomes end to end, shape roadmaps through evidence and discovery, and mentor peers in product operating model practices.

You will build robust, scalable solutions across legacy and modern platforms, release safely via CI/CD, and drive AI-enabled development while collaborating across teams and stakeholders.
